Action Research
As a recipient of a class set of iPads, Krista has committed to doing action research in her public school classroom to make herself a better educator. She has worked with professors from Brandon University who were studying the teachers in her former division's action research. Krista chose to focus on feedback because she has included that in her Professional Growth Plan in the past.
